How it works
From request to collection, all in your dashboard
Every step happens in your CardBridge account, so you always know the status, the balance and what comes next.
1. Submit an acquisition request in your dashboard
Fill in the acquisition request with the card, set, grade and your budget, then follow its review status live.
2. Accept your quote
Once we've agreed a price, choose an option payment of 20% to 50%. Your arrangement fee (option payment plus a service fee from 5%) appears in your dashboard. Pay it, we acquire the card, and your exclusive 60-day option starts.
3. Pay from your dashboard
Pay your completion price in full or in instalments, watch your balance and deadline update, and apply consignment proceeds in a click.
4. Release and track delivery
When your balance reaches zero, confirm your delivery address and follow your card to your door with tracked shipping.
